We loved our stay! The location was perfect, close to public transport and great food options. The vending machines stocked with travel essentials were super helpful, especially with our two small kids needing snacks. The staff was professional and attentive, which made our experience even better.
My wife says that there could be more breakfast options for families.

No connecting rooms available despite my request!!! Room temperature control needs improvement, as I felt hot and stuffy during my stay!!! A higher floor might enhance the view for future guests!!!

stayed at ramada for one night, and it was super comfortable after a long ferry ride. the location is perfect, just a short walk from the ferry terminal. the sauna was a nice touch and really helped me unwind!

We enjoyed the self check-in kiosk which made everything super quick, and the nearby Olive Young store was a lifesaver for last-minute essentials. It's nice to know there are great relaxation spots like the sauna and rooftop terrace available to unwind after a busy day. The elevators did take a bit of time during peak hours, but it wasn’t a huge deal for us! 😊

The Premier Twin Room was decent sized and super clean. The shower was big and nice, which I really appreciated. The view at night was a highlight too! Just wish there were some boiled eggs at breakfast. it was good but could use a little more variety. Overall, a good place for the price.
